Certification process

The procedure follows the usual certification process.

• Use Regulations for the Label Minergie, Version 2025.1

Certification Rates

The Minergie District certificate is subject to a fee determined based on the project’s size:

USD 3,000 + USD 0.20 per m² (total floor area)

Fees include VAT. For large Minergie District projects exceeding 100,000 m², individual pricing may be negotiated.
